This feature allows you to customize messages to sent to your customers and employees
Advanced Notifications
1. Enabled for all plans except for the Solo Plan
2. You will need to enable Advanced Notification under Account Activation Information
3. When you enable Advanced Notification Feature, you will be able to update the templates
Under Messaging – You will be able to enable all the Notifications you want to send to Admins, Users or Customers.
When you enable the notification you want - there will be a template pop up and when you click on the template - it will bring you to the emails that will be sent out to your customers and allow you to customize them.
Click on a notification and you will be able to update the templates that are sent out.
The customer's will receive the email invoice with the Pay Now Link. This allows the customer to pay the invoice online.
