Since you can only assign one Field Worker to a Work Order, to assign Multiple Field Workers to a Job, additional Work Orders would need to be created under the Service Request. Below are steps to accomplish this.
1. Create the Service Request. See the unassigned Service Request on the left side.
2. "Drag n Drop" the Service Request under Field Worker and Time desired.
3. Now the Service Request show up on the left side as assigned. "Drag n Drop" the same Service Request un the second Field Worker needed.
4. There are two Field Workers under the Service Request now. Each Field Worker will see it on their schedule. Repeat the process for additional Field Workers.
5. Once each Work Order is complete, you can than use the 'Merge All and Invoice' button located in the Service Request Details section to generate one invoice for Multiple Work Orders. The Invoice will show the individual Work Order Details such as Service Items and invoicing Memo.
6. Both Work Orders need to be in Complete Status. Click on Merge all and Invoice. Check Select both and click Invoice.
7. Invoice is created and ready to email to the customer.
