Export your RazorSync Calendar to Google Calendar

How it works:

RazorSync allows you to export Assigned Work Order's & Tasks to a Google Account of your choice. This integration needs to be set up for EACH user in your system.  In other words, each RazorSync Users Assigned Work Orders/Tasks can be exported to one Google Calendar.  You can, however, link the same Google Account for ALL users, and that will export ALL of your Assigned Work Orders/Tasks to one primary Google Calendar. You can only select one Google Account per user, therefore you must decide if you want individual users to get their individual schedules, or if you want everyone's schedule to go to a primary calendar.

Note: This is only a 1-way integration. If you update Work Order information in RazorSync, it will update the information in Google. However, if you attempt to make changes to the Work Order in your Google Calendar, that information will not update your RazorSync record of that Work Order.

Integrate your Google Account:

1. In the lower left of your RazorSync Portal, click the button that says [My Info].
2. Under My Options, on the right side of the page, click the button to [Login to your Google Account]
3. Follow the prompt to sign in to your Google Account

Once linked, any Work Orders/Tasks that are assigned to your user profile will now appear on the linked Google Calendar.
