Streamline your billing process with Subscriptions, designed to simplify invoicing for repeat customers .
Step 1: Choose which Service Items you'd like to add to a Subscription by selecting "Subscription" in Service Item Settings.
Once checked, this service item will be available to be added to a Subscription.
Step 2: Select a Customer you'd like to create a recurring invoice for and scroll to Subscriptions tab to enable Subscriptions for this customer.
Step 3: Create Schedule & Invoice Details
- Choose a renewal date
- Choose a due date
- Choose an associated address
- Invoice Memo (will appear on invoice each month)
- Choose customer portal visibility
Step 4: Add Service Items
NOTE: Only service items that have been marked "Subscription" in Service item Settings can be applied to Subscription Invoices. Please refer to step 1.
Step 5: Save
Make sure you click Save!
