This article details how to create a Subscription based Ad Hoc Report to keep track of invoices created by the Subscription feature
Subscription Ad Hoc Report
- Step 1: Add the Report type. In Ad Hoc Reports, click the Plus icon on the top left corner.
- Click on the Subscription Folder and select Subscription. Then Click on Add
- Step 2: Title Your Report and add a description
- Step 3: Add the filter for Subscription enabled from the left side Subscription folder to the Filter section as shown above.
Next, via the dropdown, Set that filter to Yes. This will filter the report to only show Subscription enabled Customers.
Step 4: Add the fields for your Columns that will show in the results of your report. We recommend adding the Customer Display Name, Subscription Enabled, Subscription Frequency, Subscription Last Run Date, and Subscription Next Run Date.
Note: you could also add the Customer Balance field to get a quick snap shot of customers that have a open balance
Step 5: Save and Run your Report. Nice job! 🎉
