Void/Refund a Credit Card Payment
Invoice > Payment History
The Payment History page will display all Payments or Deposits in your account (toggle in upper left)
Void/Refund - In the column on the right, you'll see text in the rows associated with 'Credit Card' payments, which includes the ability to Void/Refund a payment. Simply click the 'Void/Refund' link to officially void or refund a credit card payment that was taken in your RazorSync account.
'Credit Card' payments can be voided/refunded, whereas all other payment types can simply be edited or deleted from within the Payment Details themselves (open an Invoice from the Customer page to see the Payment Details section).
QuickBooks Status displays whether a payment has been exported to QB.
