First let's define what a Service Request and a Work Order is and their relationship in Razorsync
A Service Request is literally a request for service from one of you customers. Whereas a Work Order is where you are ordering work to be done by one of your Field Workers or technicians.
The Service Request is the bigger entity in that multiple Work Orders can exist in the same Service Request.
*When scheduling a new Service Request, it's best to add a time next to the date. If you do not add a time before clicking Add, RazorSync will create a Service Request with no Work Orders.
