QuickBooks Online Blank Export Error
If you’ve just tried to export from RazorSync and all you see is: "The Export has completed. Here are the results." But the list is blank, you’re in the right place. This often happens when QuickBooks updates their system, quietly breaking the connection with RazorSync. But don’t worry! Reconnecting is easy!
How to Fix QuickBooks 'Blank Export Results' in RazorSync
- Check Your QuickBooks Role:
Are you using an Admin account in QuickBooks Online? You’ll need those admin rights for this fix. If you’re not an Admin, see if someone else in your team is, or ask them to follow the steps below. - Disconnect and Reconnect QuickBooks in RazorSync:
- Open RazorSync and head to the Settings tab.
- Click on QuickBooks.
- You’ll see a red button labeled Disconnect from QuickBooks. Go ahead and click it.
- A window will pop up—select Confirm to disconnect.
- Once the page reloads, hit Connect to QuickBooks.
- You’ll be prompted to log back into QuickBooks. Make sure you log in as an Admin.

- Try Exporting Again:
Once you’re reconnected, go back to your invoices and hit the export button. You should now see a full list of successful results—ready to keep your operations (and cash flow) rolling.
