How to Re-Subscribe to SMS Notifications
With Razorsync, your tech's can receive SMS notifications for example when a job is created or the work order is updated or deleted.
If you have verified that the Razorsync Settings for the user has Notify via SMS enabled. And Verified that the Message notification is turned on within the Settings under Messaging. It may be that the tech unsubscribed from receiving text messages.
For example if that tech ended up blocking or unsubscribing from receiving those messages thinking it was a wrong number, he will need to re-subscribe to begin receiving them again.
- To do this, have the tech pull up that message thread on his device
- Then have the tech reply to that message with the keywords of "START", "YES", or "UNSTOP".
