      How to Convert a Quote into a Work Order

      You can easily convert any quote to a request for service in a few steps.

      Follow these steps will ensure all the Service Items added to the Quote will appear on the Service Request.  

      1. Quote MUST be in the status of Accepted.
      2. Quote MUST have a End Date AND  End Time.
      3. Click the [Convert] button. 
        1. *NOTE: Do not simply change the Quote Status to 'Converted', as that will not convert the quote properly.
      4. An Unassigned Work Order appears on your schedule at the date and time that was specified in the Quote prior to clicking the [Convert] button.
