How to take a credit card payment in RazorSync (Portal and Mobile)

Once your RazorSync merchant services is set up, you're now able to accept credit card payments directly in your  RazorSync Portal, mobile app and send Invoices to customers with a Pay Now link in the email. Below are all the ways you can process these payments. 

*currently ACH or eChecks are not supported

 

Portal:

To process a credit card payment using Merchant Services, leave the Without Processing checkbox Unchecked, then click Add.

*If you'd like to save the Card-on-File, check the box. 

A new window will open allowing you to type in the credit card information, then click Submit.  If everything processes correctly, the second box will close and Payment Successful will display.

Pay Now link:

In order for the Pay Now link to show up in the Invoice email you send to your customer, the Invoice needs to say Visible next to Customer Portal in the Invoice Details section

Then click either Mail icon to open the email box

After verifying the correct email address and information, click Send. 

The Pay Now button will show up in the email the customer receives.  Clicking that button will open a browser window that looks very similar to the credit card picture above.

Mobile App payments:

On the mobile app, find the Invoice or create a Deposit by finding the customer and navigating to the Invoice, click Payment then Process Now.  At this point you can turn on the Bluetooth Card reader to connect and swipe, or choose Enter Card Details Manually.
