Just In Time Loading

When the user is not able to see certain data or customers on your Mobile Device or Tablet – use the following steps:

  • Click the More button
  • Settings
  • Synchronization Settings
  • Just in Time Loading is checked ON, then you are reducing the customer list to only see what has been scheduled to you within the time frame (30/60)
  • If you UNCHECK Just in Time Loading if you are looking to expand the customer list to see All Customers
  • Days before – set to 30 (sync the device)
  • Days after – set to 60 (sync the device)
  • This should allow you to see all the details for your customers and schedules
